Shall the Nassau County School District continue to levy an ad valorem operating millage of up to 1 mill annually to attract and retain high-quality teachers and staff through additional compensation, enhance fine arts and athletic programs, and provide enhanced safety and security for students and staff, in order to continue and sustain improvements in the quality of Nassau County's school system?

Shall the Hilliard Town Charter be amended to remove the requirement that the Town Clerk establish residency within the limits of the Town of Hilliard within a period of six (6) months from the date of hire?

Shall the Hilliard Town Charter be amended to create the role of Town Manager as the chief executive and administrative officer of the Town of Hilliard and reflect its leadership roles and procedures?
